Tigray News: Tigray Security Chief General Tadesse Werede, on Thursday, warned Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) Debretsion Group. Though there is no mention of TPLF Debretsion wing in the statement issued by the Tigray Regional Security and Peace office, but keeping in view the recent political developments, the statement is directed at TPLF Debretsion group.
You Tube channels including Zara Media, Dedebit Media and others, allegedly backed by TPLF Debretsion group, have launched a campaign against Tigray Security Force Chief General Tadesse Werede. In their videos, they accused Tadesse Werede of backing TPLF Getachew Reda group and Prosperity Party in order to protect his wealth and investments in Ethiopia.
“We will not tolerate incitement and white lies, ” the Tigray Region Security and Peace Office said in the statement a few hours ago. The Tigray Security Forces (TSF) warned by saying, “We will not tolerate individuals and organizations that are creating a conflict by weakening the unity of the people and the army.”
There is no clear mention of the names of the individuals and entities involved. But the statement mentions “various social networking sites at home and abroad” which are spreading false propaganda against the Tigray security forces.
“From now on, we will strictly work to ensure that the law is respected,” TSF warned.
Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) has split in two. One faction is led by chairman Debretsion Gebremichael. Tigray Interim President Getachew Reda is leading the rival faction. It seems that TPLF Debretsion group wants Tigray security forces to help remove President Getachew Reda.
Reportedly, last week, Alem Gebrewahid, a senior TPLF Debretsion wing leader, held a virtual meeting with Zara Media, Debebit Media and other You Tube channels, social media activists, influencers and TPLF loyalists in media. After that pro TPLF Debretsion wing media launched a campaign against Tigray security force chief General Tadesse Werede.

We know from the outset Alem Gebrewahid is a tyrant, chief embezzler and nepotist. It is an insult for Tigray to allow the moron to be at the top. The entire network operates by a remote control from Sebhat Mega and Dawit GE. In collaboration with Shabia they want Tigray to be their own property. They want to continue looting gold supported by corrupt generals. They are parasites who want to eat the region alive. Fetlework is the key link here. She is manipulating Debretsion who is just a power hungry tool of the network behind him. They are using him because they know his weakness when it comes to power at any cost. He is trading his reputation for a presidency which is to be of use for the group. The group is using his reputation and his weakness to stand on his own. The fact that Fetlework and company are driving him into doom for their own power agenda can be proved by a few hints: 1. During the war J-Studio quoted a report from an online magazine in Sudan ( I read the article myself) that Fetlework asked Debretsion to resign. She said reportedly: ” If you don’t resign the people will hold you by your collar and remove you” 2. Tewodros Tsegay of Reypt recently tipped us: Debretsion said he is being manipulated by Fetlework and Alem”. 3. During a central committee meeting the generals kept silent when Debretsion was forced to resign by no confidence vote. When the “queen” was about to be voted down the generals on Sebhat mission disrupted the democratic process to protect Fetlework. A crime against democratization in Tigray. 4. A few days ago, a muslim businessman said in a Debretsion chaired meeting: ” Debretsion you are a good person. We love you. But may be others are driving you from behind”. General Tadesse Werede is a disciplined officer whom Tigray can rely on. He is not siding with Getachew. He is just doing his job properly. As a security chief he cannot meddle in party politics. He is taking the right moves. He has to be encouraged. Alem and his media hound dogs are tarnishing his name. They are after Tigray’s wealth. They don’t care if Tigray goes down while they robe it. Tadesse has become an obstacle for them. They want to remove him by destroying his name. No! They cannot do that. Tsadesse has to start a court case against Alem, Fetlework, Stalin, Haile, Mariamawit, Fesseha Manjus, etc. for disrupting the peace process in Tigray and conspiracy against those who are running Tigray towards democracy.
