How to apply for Addis Ababa University presidential scholarships 2026/2027 G.C. (2019 E.C.)? The university has created 200 Presidential Scholarship opportunities for the 2019 academic year.
Students who took the 12th-grade national exit exam in 2018, scored 500 or higher, meet the required qualifications, and successfully pass the university’s entrance exam will be eligible for the scholarship. The Presidential Scholarship Program is available for students enrolled in the seven colleges and pre-degree programs under the Faculty of Law at the university.
This scholarship provides full tuition coverage, a stipend, and additional support and training opportunities through partnerships with affiliated institutions. Eligible students must maintain a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.50 or higher each semester. Additionally, recipients must continue their studies in the field of study they were initially admitted to.
Recipients of this scholarship will also be eligible for postgraduate (Master’s and PhD) studies at the university. Addis Ababa University has announced that registration for its pre-degree programs for the 2019 academic year will be open until August 29, 2018 E.C. ( September 04, 2026 G.C.).
