How Importers & Exporters Can Get NBE Ethiopia Account Number
NBE Ethiopia has simplified the process of getting account number for new importers and exporters. The National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) today issued a statement in this regard.
The bank has introduced a new digital service that simplifies the issuance of NBE Account Numbers for newly licensed importers and exporters. Now NBE Account Numbers can be issued seamlessly through the Customs Electronic Single Window, reducing administrative procedures.
The new service applies only to newly licensed importers and exporters obtaining an NBE Account Number for the first time. Businesses that already have an NBE Account Number will continue using their existing number for all import and export transactions.
