CBE mobile banking app not working? Many Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) customers are experiencing issues regarding the mobile banking application. The problems started after the application prompted for update. The customers who updated their CBE mobile app have not be able to log in again. The issue started earlier this week.
Surprisingly, even officers at some CBE branches seem unaware of the exact problem or solution. They simply say,” system is not working”.
However CBE customers can continue having access to mobile banking by dialing *889# from their mobile phones, for which they do not need to have CBE mobile application or internet.
