Recruitment of Principals at Ethiopian Federal Secondary Schools
Recruitment of principals at the Ethiopian federal federal secondary schools on permanent basis has begun. The Federal Ministry of Education has shared details of eligibility and recruitment procedure. You can register for the recruitment exam by clicking the link given at the end of this article.
Education and Experience Requirments:
- The applicant must possess a second-degree in educational leadership or a second-degree in a teaching field with a focus on educational leadership. Must have completed additional training in educational leadership.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles in secondary schools.
Skills:
The application must be proficient in English language and have a working knowledge of basic technology. The applicant must be willing to work in schools under the administration of the Ministry of Education.
Selection Procedure:
The selection procedure will include an online written exam and an in-person interview.
